Hi, I'm Allan Culver

BACKGROUND

As a proud Republican and 22-year resident of Carroll County, I’ve made this community my home. My wife Janet and I have raised our three children in Eldersburg, where we still live today with our family dog.

For the past 24 years, I have served in the Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office, dedicating my career to criminal prosecution and the pursuit of justice. My experience spans hundreds of cases, from misdemeanor offenses to serious felonies, always with a focus on keeping our neighborhoods safe and upholding the rule of law.

I am running for Carroll County State’s Attorney because I believe in protecting what makes our county one of the safest in Maryland. I bring experience, leadership, and a deep commitment to fairness, integrity, and the values we share as a community.
